Just came across this super news that shinylive for R has been made available.
Shiny Apps can now be hosted on just about any webserver (Earlier they had to be hosted only on shinyapps.io.)
If it is indeed true (I am yet to try it) then it is huge for shiny developers. I don’t know why but I am just super excited to try this out because it solves a particular problem that I have been stuck with for so long, Goes on to prove how kind and responsive the R community is in solving real problems from the community!
