Endemic channel for Epidemiological Surveillance using R

Hi, does anyone have experience classical endemic channel for epi surveillance using R?
What packages (if exists) do you recommend?

Hola Leonel,
When I have done this, I have created the channel values using standard tidyverse functions. I will try to find some of my old code to share. This Epi R Handbook chapter on moving averages with {slider} might be helpful.

Also, @avallecam might have advice because of his package {epichannel}.
