Hi, guys. Maybe it’s me? But I cannot download the handbook, access the free tutorials, or access the R support desk. But the online handbook is still up. Is everything okay?
Replying to bump this - the issue with the handbook download link is already known and being dealt with as far as I’m aware, but the other two you mention are new - tagging @olivia.boyd and @neale to alert them

Thanks for the message. We’re working on updating the Epi R Handbook which will include a new link for downloading it for offline use.
I’ve checked the links for both the tutorial page (English link here) and the R Support Desk page and they both seem to be working. Can you check again and let us know if you still have a problem?

And the link you gave me in the message for the R support desk works, but the link for “R Support Desk” from the tutorial page does not work: https://appliedepi.org/helpdesk/
Maybe some of the hyperlinks from the tutorial page ( Tutorial 01 En - Default) just need to be updated? (For example, the HelpDesk link that works has “app” in it, while the broken one does not.) I’m relieved to know that it isn’t something more serious, either way.

Thanks for the clarification. I’ve flagged these to our Ops team and they’ll work on fixing them eventually. Unfortunately it’s not a high priority for the moment but they’re on the list to update!

Alanah, do you know another way to access the tutorials in the meantime? Do you have a link that works?
You should still be able to access all of the tutorials through our main tutorial page. Once you’ve opened a tutorial, you can navigate through it using the menu on the left-hand side.
The link that is broken in the tutorial itself was simply a guide on how to use the site. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
